The Langley RCMP is currently conducting an investigation following a shooting incident that resulted in one person sustaining injuries in the early hours of Monday morning.
Authorities responded to the incident at the intersection of 205 Street and 35 Avenue just after midnight. The injured individual was promptly transported to the hospital, according to the Mounties.
Sgt. Zynal Sharoom stated, “Investigators suspect that this incident was targeted and confined in nature.”
“Our law enforcement team will continue to be present in the vicinity today to search for video footage and potential witnesses to aid in the ongoing investigation.”
