A 36-year-old woman from Toronto is currently facing multiple criminal charges in connection with an incident at an Ontario government office earlier this month, as confirmed by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
The OPP’s Queen’s Park detachment responded to a call at a government office in Toronto on Sept. 3 around 8 a.m. regarding suspicious activity.
After conducting an investigation, law enforcement officials apprehended Helene Sharpe, 36, from Toronto, and formally charged her with three offenses, which include mischief under $5,000, theft under $5,000, and breaking and entering.
