The individual involved is identified as 38-year-old Anthony Deschepper. He is described as being five feet nine inches tall, weighing 181 pounds, and having brown hair. The suspect was last seen driving a 2024 black Nissan Kick with Quebec license plate number FRV4520.
Skyla-Rose Deschepper’s connection to the suspect has not yet been disclosed, raising concerns about her safety and well-being. Official images of both the missing girl and the suspect have been circulated to aid in their identification.
