Pablo Rodriguez Unveils Bold Liberal Party Agenda for Upcoming Election

Liberal leader Pablo Rodriguez shared key points of his 2026 election platform during a recent address, including proposals for round-the-clock CLSCs, an education forum, regional economic summits, and enhancements to the Home Ownership Plan (RAP).

Speaking to a spirited crowd of Liberal supporters, Rodriguez positioned himself as a unifying figure by taking direct aim at his primary rival, the Parti Québécois.

At a party general council meeting in Trois-Rivières, Rodriguez stirred up enthusiasm among the 500 attendees, emphasizing the need to revitalize and restructure the party ahead of the upcoming elections.

In a bold challenge to the Parti Québécois leader, Rodriguez asserted, “When things go awry, we change the government, not the nation,” rejecting the notion of an independence referendum.

Promising to defeat the CAQ and Parti Québécois to clinch the next government, Rodriguez condemned his opponents for fueling discord and stressed the importance of unity in governance.

Highlighting his vision for healthcare, Rodriguez outlined plans to reinstate 24/7 CLSC services, positioning them as vital entry points to the healthcare system with increased accessibility and physician engagement in local communities.
