A 73-year-old woman was hospitalized following a brutal attack in her Montreal home on Monday night. The incident occurred during a home invasion on Roosevelt Street in the Saint-Hubert area, as reported by Longueuil Police.
According to the authorities, the victim sustained multiple injuries and was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment, while her son, who was also present in the house, was unharmed. The police suspect that the perpetrator acted alone and no arrests have been made yet.
Longueuil Police (SPAL) is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation by contacting them anonymously at 450-646-8500.
