Dave Noon of the Lower Mainland Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service, occurred near Springbrook Road at approximately 3:30 a.m. While specific details are scarce, images from the scene depict emergency responders attending to a vehicle that rolled over a barrier on the road’s shoulder.
