Breaking: Teen Suspected in Violent Clash Over Sale Gone Wrong in Montreal, Leaves One Injured

An incident involving a violent altercation in Montreal’s Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension district has led to a 15-year-old boy being identified as the main suspect. The altercation left two individuals injured, with the teenager found with upper-body injuries on Saint-Michel Boulevard and a man in his 50s discovered with serious wounds on de Lille Street earlier that evening.

According to SPVM spokesperson Manuel Couture, the events unfolded following a meeting for the sale of an unknown item, which escalated into a fight among multiple individuals. While the exact cause of the confrontation remains unclear, police suspect the man was stabbed during the altercation.

Both the teen and the man have been hospitalized and are reported to be in stable condition. Montreal police have launched an investigation to unravel the details of the incident and determine what transpired that evening.
