In a devastating incident early Tuesday morning, a 64-year-old man lost his life after being struck by a dump truck in Whitchurch-Stouffville. The collision occurred at approximately 4:07 a.m. near the intersection of Bloomington Road and Kennedy Road East. Despite immediate medical attention, the pedestrian tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
