Toronto police are seeking three women in connection with an incident where two women were assaulted and dragged by a vehicle in the Fashion District last month.
The incident occurred just before 3 a.m. on November 23 when two women were walking in the King Street West and Portland Street area after leaving a nightclub. A verbal dispute unfolded between the pair and three women in a vehicle stopped on King Street.
The three women reportedly pulled the two victims partially into the vehicle, and then the driver accelerated northbound on Portland, dragging the victims a short distance before fleeing the scene. Thankfully, the victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Descriptions of the three women have been provided by the authorities. The first woman is said to have a heavy build with long black hair and brown eyes. The second woman has a medium build with long black hair and brown eyes, while the third woman has a small build with long black hair and brown eyes.
