Authorities in Toronto are on the lookout for a Quebec resident, Samuel Giguere, who allegedly issued death threats to multiple individuals in the Harbourfront area. The incident occurred on December 10 at a residence near Navy Wharf Court and Bremner Boulevard. Following the confrontation, Giguere reportedly fled the scene before law enforcement arrived.
Giguere is facing four charges of making threats and two charges of violating a release order. Police suspect that he may have fled back to Quebec. Anyone with information on Giguere’s whereabouts is urged to contact the authorities immediately.
