Peel Regional Police are investigating a deliberate fire that erupted at a restaurant in Brampton, labeling it as arson.
The incident occurred at 10088 McLaughlin Road in the early hours of December 28, prompting officers to respond swiftly.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the fire resulted in property damage. Peel police constable Taylor Halfyard confirmed the deliberate nature of the fire, noting that two neighboring units were also affected.
As of now, authorities have no leads on potential suspects in relation to the arson case.
