Durham Authorities Intensify Hunt for Missing Vulnerable Woman Amid Growing Concerns

Authorities are still on the lookout for a vulnerable woman who disappeared nearly a month ago in Pickering.

Rosetta, a 61-year-old woman, went missing around 1:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025, in the vicinity of Douglas Avenue and Radom Street, according to Durham Regional Police.

Standing at about five feet one inch tall, Rosetta is a white woman with a medium build and dark brown hair. During her last sighting, she was dressed in a black toque, a long black trench coat-style winter jacket, black pants, black and white shoes, and carried a light-colored purse or tote bag.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in the search for this missing individual.
