Horrific Multi-Car Collision in Beaverton Leaves Woman in Critical Condition

A woman in Beaverton sustains serious injuries during a pre-dawn accident on Thursday that changed her life.

According to authorities, the incident occurred at approximately 3 a.m. on Regional Road 23, just north of Thorah Concession Road 2.

Reports indicate that a 47-year-old woman had pulled over to aid a Dodge minivan that had veered off the road. Tragically, while she was assisting, another vehicle travelling northbound on Regional Road 23 hit her, pinning her against her own pick-up truck.

Following the impact with the woman and her pick-up truck, the Mazda collided with the Dodge minivan before ending up in a ditch.

The woman sustained severe injuries that have altered her life and was rushed to a trauma center in the Toronto area. Fortunately, she is now in stable condition, as confirmed by law enforcement.

Authorities mention that the driver involved in the collision stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
