Authorities are currently probing an overnight shooting incident that took place in North Surrey.
Police swiftly responded to a call reporting gunshots in the vicinity of 111th Avenue and 160th Street at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Friday.
Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered bullet casings as well as damage to two homes and two vehicles.
A concerned individual who heard the gunfire informed the police about a distressed male present at the scene.
Subsequently, officers located and apprehended the man without incident.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in connection with the shooting.
This marks the second shooting occurrence in Surrey within a brief timeframe.
