Toronto authorities have named two additional suspects sought in connection with the tragic shooting of 18-year-old Dylan Adams last autumn.
According to investigators, Adams was part of a group that confronted another individual in the vicinity of King Street West and Spadina Avenue shortly before 5 a.m. on November 25, 2025. Allegedly, the group fired at the individual, who was hit, prompting him to return fire and fatally wound Adams. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Adams succumbed to his injuries.
One suspect, 27-year-old Toronto resident Frandy Noel, was apprehended and charged with second-degree murder in relation to Adams’ death. Noel, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries and received medical treatment, has now also been charged with four additional firearm-related offenses.
Furthermore, authorities have issued nationwide warrants for the arrest of 30-year-old Wissem Mohamed Rehayem and 26-year-old Steven Brice Pierre, both hailing from Montreal. The two individuals are sought for multiple firearm-related offenses and are considered to be armed and dangerous, with ties to both Toronto and Montreal. Anyone with information is urged to reach out to the authorities.
