Toronto authorities are on the lookout for two individuals suspected of assaulting a man in the York South neighborhood last month. The incident occurred on the evening of December 21, 2025, at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue West and De Marco Boulevard, near Black Creek Drive.
According to reports, the victim was outside when a man and a woman approached him, with one of them allegedly using a blunt object to assault him. The suspects quickly fled the scene before law enforcement could arrive.
The victim sustained serious injuries and was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment.
The male suspect is described as being around five-foot-10, in his 30s, with a muscular build, short black hair, and facial hair. The female suspect is reported to be around five-foot-four, in her 30s, with a slender build, black hair, and wearing glasses. The suspects were seen driving a four-door black Mercedes sedan manufactured between 2017 and 2020.
Authorities urge anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation.
