Urgent Search Intensifies for Missing Liam Toman in Mont-Tremblant: Sûreté du Québec Launches Major Command Post

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is seeking the public’s assistance in the case of Liam Toman, who went missing in Mont-Tremblant on Feb. 2, 2025. Toman, a five-foot-nine man weighing approximately 130 lbs. with hazel eyes and brown hair, was last spotted near a hotel on Chemin Curé-Deslauriers wearing specific attire including a black Volcom coat, black snow pants, and a green sweater.

To aid in the investigation, a command post will be established at 151 Chemin Curé-Deslaurier on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., across from Tour des Voyageurs 2. Investigators are appealing to individuals who may have witnessed any relevant information to come forward during this time.

Toman’s wallet was found in parking lot P1 on Chemin des Voyageurs, and a potential sighting of him was captured on a surveillance camera. His family is urging the public to review their devices for any photos or messages that could provide crucial leads. Additionally, they are asking anyone who was at the resort on Feb. 2 to report to authorities if they recall any suspicious incidents.

Sun Youth is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to Toman’s whereabouts, valid until May 20, 2026. Anyone with pertinent details is encouraged to contact the Sûreté du Québec’s Criminal Information Centre at 1-800-659-4264.
