Toronto police are seeking a 27-year-old man named Ryan Russell, who is accused of breaking into a condo parking garage in the Queen Street and Broadview Avenue area. The incident, which took place on Jan. 27 around 8:15 p.m., involved the suspect gaining access to a parked car and multiple storage lockers, stealing property from them. When confronted by a resident, the man allegedly made threats before fleeing the scene. Russell faces charges of break and enter, theft, uttering threats, and breach of probation.
Described as six feet tall, 170 pounds, with a slim build, fair complexion, short red hair, and a red beard, Russell is known to frequent downtown Toronto.
