A pedestrian was hospitalized following a collision with a vehicle in Scarborough.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene at Pharmacy Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East shortly after 7:45 p.m. on a Wednesday evening.
The woman sustained severe injuries and was quickly transported to a trauma center for urgent medical care.
Thankfully, the driver stayed at the site of the incident to assist authorities.
As a result of the collision, a section of Pharmacy Avenue has been closed off between Dorine and Rosita Crescents.
