The trial of Canadian businessman Frank Stronach continues as his defence lawyer questions one of the accusers, who is the fourth to testify in the case. The woman faced intense scrutiny during her testimony after mentioning her preparatory meetings with the prosecution. Stronach’s lawyer is pushing for a stay of proceedings, alleging that some complainants were coached by the Crown. The trial, which started last week with delays, involves a dozen charges spanning incidents from the 1970s involving seven complainants.
