A flipped-over vehicle westbound at the east end of the Port Mann Bridge is causing heavy delays on Highway 1.
Traffic is jammed all the way to at least 160th Street.
The HOV and left lanes are completely blocked.
Use the Coquitlam exit lanes to get around this.
Eastbound traffic is also affected, as the issue is creating a visual distraction.
