One person was taken into custody Saturday after the Surrey Police Service received a report of a person with a weapon.
Officers were called to the area of 78th Avenue near 130th Street, where they remained to investigate.
No injuries were reported.
Callers to 1130 NewsRadio reported a heavy police presence in the area.
Police were unable to share any further information.
