Longueuil police (SPAL) have issued a Canada-wide warrant for Mamady Keita (alias Alexandre), who has been charged with voyeurism and extortion.
The 41-year-old is also accused of breaching his conditions. Officials say Keita may be in Quebec or outside the province.

The suspect was charged on Oct. 1, 2025, for allegedly filming an intimate encounter without the other individual’s knowledge. Police say Keita had previously committed acts of voyeurism from his former residence in Candiac in May 2025. This was followed by an attempted extortion the following month.
Police say a search of Keita’s home revealed that more than one victim was allegedly filmed without their knowledge, including one incident on April 26, 2024.
Keita was due in court Tuesday but has yet to appear.
