They beat the Montreal Canadiens 1-0 on Friday night in overtime, with Gage Goncalves netting the winner in Game 6 of their first-round series.
The Canadiens are aiming for their first series win since 2021, while the Lightning are seeking their first since 2022.
Game 7 will be Sunday in Tampa.
