Canadiens fans invited to pizza-filled playoff watch parties at L’espace 1909

Montreal Canadiens fans looking to follow the team’s playoff run off the ice will have a new option in Round 2, with ticketed watch parties featuring all-you-can-eat pizza at L’espace 1909.

The Canadiens announced Tuesday the launch of the Pizza Watch Party – L’espace 1909 Edition, offering big-screen viewing of Games 1 through 4 of the second-round series against the Buffalo Sabres, as well as Games 6 and 7 if necessary.

Tickets are priced at $26 plus tax and include unlimited pizza, popcorn and an official Canadiens rally towel.

The events will feature a DJ, appearances by Youppi! and a paid bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The venue, located at 1280 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, features more than 50 screens across two levels and a 46-foot central screen.

Doors open one hour before game time. Children aged 24 months and older require a ticket. Tickets for Games 1 and 2 are already on sale, with Games 3 and 4 available starting Thursday, May 7.

The announcement comes as the Canadiens continue their postseason run after eliminating the Tampa Bay Lightning in seven games in Round 1.
