A teenager was stabbed near a high school in Montreal’s Saint-Henri on Thursday, but he’s expected to survive his injuries.
It happened around lunchtime in an alley in front of École secondaire Saint-Henri, on Saint-Jacques Street.
The suspect(s) reportedly fled after the attack.
Emergency services arrived quickly on the scene and the teen was taken to hospital, where officials say his life is not in danger.
A security perimeter was erected and witnesses were being met by police – while surveillance cameras in the vicinity will be reviewed.
