Environment Canada has issued as thunderstorm warning for Montreal, Laval and parts of the South Shore.
Meteorologists say they are tracking a severe thunderstorm “capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.”
The “yellow”-coded warning was issued at 1:25 p.m.
“Take immediate cover if a thunderstorm approaches. If outside, protect yourself from flying debris and hail,” the weather agency wrote.
