Three people, including a police officer, a civilian and a suspect, are dead following a shooting in Montreal on Monday morning.
Officials have confirmed that the incident which shutdown part of the Côte-des-Neiges borough was not an act of terrorism.
Two others — another police officer and another civilian — were also injured.
