“Disturbing Invasion of Privacy: Man Arrested for Covertly Filming Women at Richmond Hill Shopping Mall”

York Regional Police recently apprehended a Richmond Hill man for allegedly recording women inside a local store, with one incident involving filming under a woman’s skirt. The unsettling event took place on July 9 at a shopping center near Yonge Street and Carrville Road.

Loss-prevention staff were quick to identify the man as someone previously associated with similar accusations of secretly recording customers, prompting them to alert the authorities. According to investigators, the suspect trailed two female shoppers with his cellphone in hand. Store staff witnessed him crouching behind one of the women, seemingly filming under her skirt before quickly moving away.

Upon receiving the report, officers promptly arrived at the scene and arrested the individual without any resistance. The accused has been named as Nicholas Rossinski, a 30-year-old resident of Richmond Hill, and he now faces charges of voyeurism and criminal harassment.

In a bid to gather more information, the police have circulated Rossinski’s photo, suspecting that there may be additional victims. They are encouraging anyone who recognizes him to step forward.

It is important to note that the allegations against Rossinski have yet to be proven in court.
