Authorities in Toronto are currently looking into a collision involving three vehicles in Scarborough that resulted in at least one individual being hospitalized on Friday afternoon.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Birchmount Road and McNicoll Avenue shortly before 12:30 p.m., prompting the swift response of emergency services.
According to paramedics, three individuals were subsequently taken to a medical facility for treatment. One person, who sustained serious injuries, was transported to a trauma center and is currently in stable condition, while two others received care for minor injuries.
All three drivers involved in the collision stayed at the scene to cooperate with the ongoing investigation by law enforcement.
