Tragedy struck in North York as a woman lost her life in a stabbing incident on a Saturday afternoon, as reported by Toronto police.
Responding to a call, officers rushed to a residential building close to Fairview Mall Drive and Don Mills Road shortly after 2:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a woman inside the building suffering from stab wounds.
Despite their efforts, the woman was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect managed to flee the area before the police could apprehend them.
Authorities are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into this heartbreaking incident.
