A motorcyclist collided with a parked car early on Saturday morning in Vancouver, say police.
Around 2:40 a.m. at Cambie Street and 35th Avenue, the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) was called to the site of the crash.
The motorcycle rider had struck the rear end of a white Volkswagen Golf.
BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) arrived on scene around 4 a.m. to tend to the rider.
“Paramedics provided emergency medical treatment and transported one patient to hospital in serious condition,” shared BCEHS in a statement.
