“Montreal Braces for Fierce Thunderstorms, Further Deluges Loom on the Horizon”

Get ready for a weather rollercoaster in Montreal this week! Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has issued a warning for potential severe thunderstorms on Sunday, bringing with them strong gusts and heavy rain.

These thunderstorms could pack a punch, with the possibility of tornadoes and flash floods. It’s important to stay safe during these storms by avoiding bodies of water and seeking shelter indoors when thunder and lightning strike.

On Monday, the wet weather continues with a risk of thunderstorms and showers expected throughout the day, along with gusty winds. Tuesday offers a sunny break with pleasant temperatures, while Wednesday sees a mix of sun and clouds.

As we head towards the end of the week, expect more clouds on Thursday and Friday, with a chance of showers from Thursday evening through Friday night. Despite the unpredictable weather, temperatures will remain relatively warm, ranging from the mid to high 20s during the day and dropping to the high teens overnight.

Stay weather-aware and be prepared for a mix of conditions in the days ahead!
