The Delta Police Department (DPD) is appealing to the public for information after a severe accident in Delta over the weekend left a motorcyclist in critical condition.
The incident took place around 5 p.m. on Saturday along Ladner Trunk Road close to 104th Street when a car collided with an electric motorcycle heading south.
The 26-year-old motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries by BC Emergency Health Services.
Authorities are still in the early phases of the investigation and have not ruled out speed or impairment as potential factors in the crash.
