Ottawa police are calling the suspicious death over the weekend a femicide, after they identified one of the people.
According to a press release, the two people found dead following a vehicle crash near a Quebec town, are Kesi Fevrier, 27, and Kingsley Nwude, 34, of Ottawa.
Fevrier’s death is considered a femicide, police said.
