A man, identified as Alvin Narciso, aged 36, has been charged with voyeurism in Beaconsfield after offering massage services at various clinics in Greater Montreal and through home appointments. The charges stem from incidents involving one complainant on May 27 and June 22. Narciso, who appeared in court on Aug. 12, is suspected of potentially having numerous victims, with authorities encouraging those affected to come forward.
Described as 1.70 meters tall, weighing around 100 kilograms, with swarthy skin, short black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on his neck and both arms, Narciso is believed to have targeted multiple individuals.
