A massage therapist in Toronto has been accused of a sexual assault incident that occurred over the weekend.
The individual at the center of the investigation is Jiquan Liu, a 53-year-old practitioner who was working in Chinatown, located close to Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West.
The victim had visited for a massage session and later reported to the authorities that they had experienced sexual assault during the treatment.
Liu was taken into custody on Friday and is facing a charge of sexual assault.
Law enforcement suspects that there could be additional victims and are urging anyone with relevant information to reach out to the police.
