Montreal authorities discovered the body of a man in his thirties on Wednesday morning in the Lachine area, close to the waterfront. Initial investigations by first responders revealed no apparent signs of violence on the body.
According to reports, a passerby alerted emergency services around 9:15 a.m. after coming across the body near René-Lévesque Park.
The Montreal Police stated that the cause of death will be ascertained through an autopsy.
