An early morning shooting incident occurred at a convenience store in Vancouver’s vibrant Mount Pleasant district on Sunday.
According to the Vancouver Police Department (VPD), the incident took place around 7:13 a.m. at a store situated in the vicinity of Main Street and East 16th Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a male individual with a gunshot injury.
The victim was promptly taken to the hospital in serious condition by BC Emergency Health Services.
As of now, no suspects have been apprehended, and authorities have not disclosed any details regarding potential suspects.
The VPD is actively investigating the shooting incident.
