Transport Quebec has announced upcoming closures on Highway 25, including the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel, to facilitate essential maintenance work. These closures are necessary to repair damages from previous incidents and ensure the safety of motorists.

On Monday, Sept. 14, starting at 10 p.m., access to Route 132 eastbound from Exit 90 will be closed until 5 a.m. the following morning. Then, on Thursday, Sept. 17, two right lanes of Highway 25 northbound will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., affecting the entrance from Notre-Dame Street East and Exit 5.

Additionally, there will be closures on Souligny Avenue eastbound and further closures on Highway 25, including the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel, on Friday night until Saturday morning. Drivers should be aware of these closures and consider alternative routes.
