Meanwhile, employees from CUPE 301 at the Société du parc Jean-Drapeau have voted to initiate a strike on Monday, September 21.
Additionally, there are legal challenges to the workers’ right to strike, with the employer disputing this entitlement. The union is actively presenting their case to the Quebec labour tribunal to uphold the workers’ right to strike as scheduled.
