In Scarborough, a man was rushed to the hospital following a stabbing incident involving an acquaintance.
According to Toronto police, the incident occurred at the intersection of Dubarry and Morningside avenues shortly after 9:45 p.m. when they received reports of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, authorities found a man with a stab wound at the scene. He was promptly transported to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
The victim and the suspect, who remains at large, are reportedly familiar with each other. Authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to reach out to the police.
