An arrest warrant was issued on Sept. 3, leading to the apprehension of Kayaan Jiwan, 23, on Sept. 7 during an unrelated police operation.
Jiwan, a Toronto resident, faces multiple charges related to child luring and explicit material distribution. Authorities suspect additional victims and urge anyone with relevant information to come forward.
