“Montreal Police Nab Suspect in ÎleSoniq Festival Drugging Spree, Six Victims Reported”

Montreal police have apprehended a 33-year-old suspect believed to be responsible for allegedly drugging attendees at the recent ÎleSoniq music festival.

The arrest was made by the SPVM on August 15 in Ottawa following an investigation into six incidents of involuntary intoxication at the festival, which took place at Jean Drapeau Park on August 9 and 10.

According to the SPVM, victims experienced a sudden sharp pain in their backs while in the crowd, leading to dizziness in both male and female attendees.

The suspect has been released with a promise to appear in court and is scheduled to return next April for further legal proceedings.
