“Unsettling Trend: Fourth Vaughan Residence Hit by Gunfire This Month in Disturbing Series of Overnight Shootings”

Another shooting incident occurred at a residence in Vaughan during the early hours of Monday, as per York Regional Police (YRP).

Reports of gunshots at a home close to Teston Road and Kipling Avenue came in shortly after midnight, prompting a response from the authorities. The suspect reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle, although it is unclear whether the home was occupied during the shooting. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.

This marks the fourth shooting incident targeting homes in Vaughan this month.

In a related development, authorities noted that a man was seen firing multiple shots at a residence near Farrell Road and Via Romano Boulevard on September 6, before making a getaway in a dark-colored sedan. The following day, another home in the same area was reportedly shot at around 4:45 a.m. Additionally, earlier that morning, police were alerted to shots fired at a home in the vicinity of Pottery Place and Blue Willow Drive at approximately 4:20 a.m.

While these incidents have occurred in close succession, law enforcement has not confirmed any connections between them.
