A man in his 30s has been apprehended following an incident where another man was discovered with knife wounds in the Rexdale area of Toronto.
According to the Toronto police, a distress call was received regarding a person wielding a knife near Hinton Road close to Kipling Avenue around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Upon arrival, law enforcement found a man with cuts on his face and arms. He was promptly transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene, though specific charges have not been disclosed yet.
Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the altercation.
