Toronto authorities alert public to murder suspect possibly in the city
Authorities in Alberta are seeking 29-year-old Victoria Hilliard on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder related to a December 2023 homicide in Fort McMurray. The suspect, described as five-feet-seven, 139 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair, has distinctive tattoos including a mermaid, butterflies, and a triple moon on her left arm.
Toronto police have issued a warning urging the public not to approach Hilliard if seen in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Individuals with information on her possible location are advised to contact the Wood Buffalo RCMP in Alberta.
