Gunshots fired at Surrey Swift 1200 AM radio station

Surrey Police reports that gunshots were fired at a radio station in Surrey.

Police confirmed that Swift 1200 AM was targeted on 76 Avenue early Tuesday morning.

SPS Sgt. Lindsey Houghton says that police are investigating a shooting at the location.

The incident happened at the offices of Radio Swift, formerly known as Spice Radio and RJ1200.

The station rebranded earlier this year after longtime owner and broadcasting legend Shushma Dutt retired.
