Authorities in York Region are currently looking into a shooting incident that occurred in the early hours of Monday morning in Vaughan.
According to reports, law enforcement officers were alerted to the sound of gunshots in the vicinity of Autumn Hill Boulevard and Thornhill Woods Drive at approximately 3:45 a.m. The gunfire was aimed at a house on Chopin Boulevard, as per investigators.
The perpetrator managed to escape the scene before the arrival of the police, and fortunately, no individuals were harmed in the incident.
As the investigation unfolds, officials are urging the public to steer clear of the immediate surroundings for safety reasons.
