“Breaking: Two Brave Firefighters Wounded Battling Fierce 2-Alarm Inferno in North York Commercial Hub”

Two firefighters sustained injuries during a two-alarm fire that broke out at a business establishment in North York.

The incident occurred on Norfinch Drive close to Finch Avenue West and Highway at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, prompting Toronto fire crews to quickly respond.

Upon arrival, firefighters had to forcibly enter the building and discovered a blaze within one of the units.

Fortunately, the injured firefighters did not require hospitalization. Paramedics attended to two individuals on-site with minor injuries.

As of Monday morning, emergency crews are still present at the scene, diligently working to extinguish any remaining hotspots.

The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation.
